The regional World Blind Union massage seminars are organized once every two years in Asia Pacific. It is a platform for blind masseurs in the region to exchange skills and experiences, so as to upgrade their professional standard.
This year’s seminar will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at the Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
Masseurs, leaders from massage organisations, trainers and instructors, and decision makers from organisations whose businesses employ or are related to blind masseurs, will be attending this seminar.
